The Market Leader will serve as the primary leader of Trucordia within the market, overseeing day-to-day operations, client service, and business development. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth performance, fostering a collaborative team environment, and ensuring alignment with the Platform’s goals and Trucordia’s organizational commitments. Market Leader reports to the Senior Vice President of the Platform.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Achieve Trucordia revenue growth targets within a specified market.
- Execute initiatives to attract new business and expand the office’s footprint within the market.
- Represent the office in the local market, building relationships with clients, prospects, carriers and community partners.
- Partner with the Sales team to identify opportunities for growth, including new business development, cross-selling, and up-selling to existing clients.
- Lead and manage the local team, including sales professionals and client service and administrative staff (as needed), in coordination with Platform leadership.
- In coordination with Platform Operations Leader, ensure efficient and effective office operations, including workflows, resource allocation, and compliance with company IT, tools, SOP’s and policies.
- Monitor growth and sales pipeline KPI’s and implement strategies to improve productivity and service delivery.
- Collaborate with the regional leadership team to align office operations with Platform wide objectives.
- Oversee the delivery of exceptional client service, ensuring satisfaction and long-term
- retention.
- Coordinate with other Market Leaders within the Platform to share best practices, align on goals and maintain consistency across locations.
- Manage the office’s financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting and expense control.
- Work closely under the direction of Platform Leadership to monitor revenue and profitability and implement strategies to achieve financial targets.
- 8-10 years’ experience in a leadership or management role within the insurance industry.
- Strong knowledge of property and casualty insurance, including commercial and personal lines.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Insurance, Finance or a similar area of study.
