What You'll Do
You'll start as a Roofing Advocate (Setter), helping homeowners schedule inspections and understand their insurance options. From there, you'll have a clear path to promotion into a sales (Closer) role based on performance — not seniority or favoritism.

Pay Range: $75,000-$150,000/year (with bonuses and advancement)

What You'll Do
You'll start as a Roofing Advocate (Setter), helping homeowners schedule inspections and understand their insurance options. From there, you'll have a clear path to promotion into a sales (Closer) role based on performance — not seniority or favoritism.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Knock doors in storm-affected neighborhoods (we'll train you)
- Conduct initial damage assessments and qualify properties for replacement
- Educate homeowners on the insurance claim process and their roofing options
- Set follow-up appointments with interested homeowners
- Coordinate with a Closer, who will return to finalize the sale and contract
- Writing simple roof reports using digital tools
- Submitting basic contracts via mobile apps
- Following up with leads and maintaining communication
- Attending weekly trainings and daily team huddles
- $20/hour base pay
- Bonus pay for every appointment that turns into a closed deal
