WHAT YOU’LL DOAs a Roofing Setter, you’ll be the first point of contact with homeowners, introducing them to our services and qualifying leads for inspection.
Your day-to-day:
- Knock doors in storm-affected areas
- Build rapport and set inspection appointments
- Qualify homeowners and submit lead info
- Learn from closers and get real-time coaching
- Attend weekly team huddles and trainings
- Hit daily and weekly performance targets
- $20/hr base pay
