Position Summary
Assemblers are responsible for producing high-quality lighting components using standardized processes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Training is provided.
What You’ll Do
- Perform assembly of lighting components according to work instructions
- Operate production equipment safely and efficiently
- Inspect parts for accuracy and quality
- Meet production rates, including piece-rate opportunities
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety and quality standards
Schedule
- 1st Shift – 8-hour shift
- 2nd Shift – 8-hour shift
- Overtime may vary depending on production needs
