Role Description
As a Residential Program Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of residential programs, ensuring the highest quality of care and support for individuals with disabilities. Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating individualized care plans, maintaining compliance with organizational policies and state regulations, and managing administrative tasks such as scheduling and budgeting. You will serve as a leader and resource for your team, fostering a positive, inclusive, and supportive work environment.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and rock the daily operations of our residential services.
Manage programs, finances, properties, and staff development like a pro.
Build strong relationships with individuals, families, and the community.
Ensure safety, quality of services, and compliance with regulations.
Team up with HR and the Support Services team to hire, train, and schedule staff.
Implement health and safety programs and boost program quality.
Advocate for individuals and manage relationships with all team members.
Supervise staff, conduct performance evaluations, and support employee growth.

Supervisory Experience strongly preferred
