Responsibilities include managing staff, developing and implementing program goals, ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards, coordinating schedules, monitoring individual care plans, and fostering a safe and inclusive living environment. You will also provide leadership in staff training and development while maintaining consistent communication with families, caregivers, and stakeholders to enhance program effectiveness.
