Qualifications (non-negotiable):
- Able to pass DOJ FBI live scan criminal background clearance mandated by licensing
- Able to pass pre employment physical and TB test clearance
- High school diploma or GED required
- Experience in caregiving and medical administration preferred
Job Description:
- Prepares and maintains all vendor information and paperwork, including notices and resident cash funds – accounts payable/receivable, bill-backs, coding, and P&I Funds.
- Prepares semi and/or monthly reports for deposits, accounting, collections, and budgeting in cooperation with each department. Maintains operation expenditures within approved budget overseeing departmental spend-downs monthly.
- Prepare and maintain accurate spreadsheets of expenses and accounting facets. Assist with bank reconciliation and auditing of bank statements.

- Other duties and special projects as may be assigned.
