We’re hiring a detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Accountant to support our catering business. This is a full-time, in-office (Mon–Fri) position using QuickBooks.Responsibilities include:· Invoicing & Accounts Receivable (A/R)· Accounts Payable (A/P) & expense tracking· Payroll support· Commission reports· Bank/credit card reconciliations & QuickBooks upkeepQualifications:· 2 years bookkeeping/accounting experience· QuickBooks experience required· Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills· Excellent attention to detail and organization
Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
