Full Desk Recruiter – TruCapital Partners

TruCapital Partners is growing, and we’re looking for a driven, relationship‑focused Full Desk Recruiter to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced recruiting environment, enjoys building strong client and candidate relationships, and excels at managing the full 360° recruitment desk — from business development to candidate placement.

As a Full Desk Recruiter, you’ll run your own desk, own your production, and partner directly with hiring leaders across the insurance industry. You’ll source top talent, manage client relationships, and drive direct‑hire results through consistent communication, strong follow‑up, and disciplined recruiting activity.

What You’ll Do

• Lead client intake calls to understand hiring needs and define search strategy.
• Develop and execute recruiting plans to source top talent across multiple platforms.
• Build strong rapport with clients and candidates through consistent communication and follow‑up.
• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for direct‑hire placement.
• Conduct thorough reference checks as requested by clients.
• Maintain a steady pipeline of qualified candidates to meet production goals.
• Present qualified candidates to clients and manage the process from interview through offer.
• Document all candidate and client activity within the ATS.

Business Development Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities and expand client relationships.
• Negotiate terms and manage client expectations.
• Partner with leadership and BD teams to penetrate new and existing accounts.
• Maintain a weekly business development schedule to meet production goals.

What You Bring

• Experience in full‑desk recruiting, staffing, or inside sales (3 years preferred).
• Strong communication skills and a consultative, relationship‑driven approach.
• Ability to multitask, manage several open roles, and maintain a high‑activity desk.
• Comfort with phone‑based outreach, scheduling, and client interaction.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, self‑motivation, and strong follow‑up discipline.
• Proficiency with ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and modern sourcing tools.
