Sales & Client Success Manager
TruCapital Partners, a boutique recruiting firm specializing in commercial insurance, finance, and specialty markets, is seeking an upbeat, highly organized Sales & Client Success Manager to support our continued growth. This role blends sales, client relationship management, marketing coordination, and operational support — perfect for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, relationship‑driven environment and brings positive energy to every interaction.
You will work directly with the President to manage client accounts, convert inbound leads, support sales operations, and oversee key communication and marketing systems including Bullhorn, Constant Contact, and LinkedIn.
What You’ll Do
Client Success & Relationship Management
- Serve as a primary point of contact for existing clients, delivering a polished, responsive, high‑touch experience
- Support the President with client communication, follow‑ups, and relationship management
- Maintain strong relationships with agency partners, hiring managers, and candidates
Sales Support & Lead Conversion
- Convert inbound leads and schedule qualified meetings
- Assist with proposals, presentations, and client‑facing materials
- Support junior sales staff with process adherence and follow‑through
Marketing & Communication
- Manage Constant Contact campaigns, newsletters, and client updates
- Support LinkedIn marketing, including company page activity, content scheduling, and engagement
- Assist with brand‑aligned messaging for outreach, announcements, and recruiting campaigns
Systems & Operations
- Maintain and optimize the Bullhorn applicant tracking system
- Ensure accurate data entry, pipeline tracking, and reporting
- Support workflow improvements and operational efficiency across the team
Ideal Candidate

- Experience with CRM/ATS platforms (Bullhorn preferred)

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3 years of experience in sales, client success, account management, recruiting operations, or a similar hybrid role
- Experience with Bullhorn, Constant Contact, or LinkedIn marketing is a strong plus
Salary : $51,500 - $75,000
