Role Description
TruBlue is seeking a skilled Craftsman/Carpenter with remodeling experience for a full-time, on-site role in Olive Branch, MS. Responsibilities include performing carpentry tasks such as framing, finish carpentry, and repairs. The role involves working with both hand and power tools, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship in home projects ranging from installations and modifications to maintenance and remodeling. Candidates must deliver quality service to meet the needs of diverse clients, including senior residents and busy families.
Qualifications
- Strong Carpentry and Finish Carpentry skills
- Proficiency in handling both Hand Tools and Power Tools
- Experience with Framing and general construction practices
- Ability to interpret designs and complete quality home remodeling projects
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Experience in home remodeling or related fields is a plus

- Minor plumbing and electrical within scope
Who You Are
- 1 years of paid experience in carpentry, remodeling, or handyman work
- Solid working knowledge across multiple trades
- Reliable, professional, and respectful in every customer interaction
- Strong work ethic and takes pride in the finished product
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and cell phone required
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
