What You’ll Do
- Apply skills in carpentry, drywall, flooring, painting, basic plumbing and basic electrical
- Complete remodeling projects (e.g. bathroom remodels)
- Perform general home repairs and maintenance tasks with care and professionalism
- Deliver reliable and respectful service to families and individuals
- Support home safety and accessibility for seniors aging in place
- Represent TruBlue as a professional, empathetic, and trustworthy home service ally
- 5 years of paid home repair, remodeling or handyman experience
- You love tricks of the trade but don't take shortcuts. You love to learn and grow your skills
- You take pride in the quality of your craftmanship. Sloppy workmanship bothers you
- Committed to quality, safety, and doing the job right. You like doing things once, the right way
- Reliable, courteous, and respectful in every interaction
- Comfortable working independently and within a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- You have a full set of tools (and maybe even a storage locker or two with extra tools)
- Fluent in English and legally authorized to work in the U.S
- Steady, year-round work with consistent hours
