Order Puller / Heavy Forklift Operator
Pay: $20–$23 per hour
TruBlu HR Solutions is seeking an experienced Order Puller / Heavy Forklift Operator to assist with warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, and material handling. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, dependable, and comfortable working in a physically demanding warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate heavy forklifts to move, load, and organize materials safely.
- Assist with unloading trucks and checking in incoming merchandise.
- Pull orders and organize materials for shipping and storage.
- Place materials on racks, shelves, or in designated storage areas.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Sweep, dust, mop, and keep workstations and pallet areas orderly.
- Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all safety procedures.
Requirements & Physical Demands
- Previous heavy forklift operating experience preferred.
- Ability to regularly lift and move 10–50 lbs and occasionally handle items weighing over 100 lbs, with assistance or proper equipment as appropriate.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and reach throughout the shift.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment and handling physical tasks.
- Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain an organized work area.
Pay: $20–$23 per hour, depending on experience.
