Job Description: We are seeking a resolute and detail-oriented warehouse order puller to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately pulling orders for production, maintaining correct inventory and organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse. This role requires a diligent worker who is a fast learner and adaptable to changing environments.

Key Responsibilities: Pull orders accurately to the quantities needed. Assist in other areas as needed.

Organization: Maintain a clean and organized storage area, ensuring all items are correctly labeled and stored. Maintaining compliance procedures related to the firearms industry.

Data Entry: Accurately input pulled quantity data into the system and assist in maintaining exact inventory records.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments to coordinate inventory flow and resolve any issues.

Adaptability: Respond to changing priorities and assist with additional tasks as needed.

Training and Development: Be open to training on new processes and technologies related to inventory management.

Qualifications:

• Previous picking experience preferred. Proficiency in excel, and word suite.
• Must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Adaptive learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes.
• Dependable, hard-working, and committed to delivering high-quality results.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs. as needed.
• Comfortably stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks. 

Position:

• Fulltime in office role, Millcreek, UT
• Hourly compensation:  $23 an hour
