TruBlu HR Solutions is seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator for a position in Orange, TX. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience operating heavy equipment, including a backhoe, excavator, and/or bulldozer. This position involves moving and handling recycled materials, including sand, soil, and crushed concrete, throughout the property for resale and use in various projects.
Responsibilities
- Operate a backhoe, excavator, bulldozer, and/or other heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
- Move and transport sand, soil, crushed concrete, and other recycled materials to designated areas.
- Load, move, and organize materials throughout the property.
- Support recycling and material processing operations.
- Use basic computer programs to complete job-related tasks and record information as needed.
- Perform routine equipment checks and report maintenance or safety concerns.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety procedures and operational guidelines.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of heavy equipment operating experience.
- Experience operating a backhoe, excavator, and/or bulldozer.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to safely move and handle heavy materials.
- Strong awareness of workplace safety and equipment operation procedures.
- Dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work in an outdoor environment.
TruBlu HR Solutions will employ you during the initial 90-day probationary period. Upon successful completion of this period, you will transition to the client's payroll and pay scale, which includes a pay increase and eligibility for their benefits.
