Job Summary

TruBlu HR Solutions is seeking an experienced Cycle Counter to support warehouse inventory operations in Odessa, TX. This position is responsible for performing routine inventory counts, verifying stock accuracy, investigating inventory discrepancies, and ensuring materials are properly recorded and stored. The ideal candidate has warehouse experience, basic computer skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while supporting overall warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily or scheduled cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy.
• Review on-hand inventory, current transactions, and historical inventory activity to identify discrepancies.
• Verify that materials are stored in their designated locations.
• Assist with receiving, inspecting, and putting away incoming materials.
• Process and verify inventory receipts, transfers, and material issues.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and communicate findings to the appropriate personnel.
• Break down boxes and pallets as needed.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as required.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Follow all established safety procedures and warehouse policies.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.

Qualifications

• One to two years of warehouse experience, preferably in shipping, receiving, inventory control, or cycle counting.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to enter and review inventory information accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience operating a forklift, pallet jack, or similar warehouse equipment is preferred.
• Ability to regularly stand, sit, bend, reach, climb, and move throughout the facility.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds, with reasonable accommodation where applicable.
• Must be able to pass the required pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Compensation

Pay is $20.00–$22.00 per hour, depending on experience.
