Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and directing calls appropriately.
- Handle guest requests promptly, including room changes, amenities, and local recommendations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate reservation records and update guest profiles using hotel management software.
- Conduct night audits when scheduled, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy.
- Foster positive guest relations by addressing concerns proactively and ensuring every visitor feels valued.
- Support hotel operations by coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs seamlessly.
Experience
- Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort environment.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued.
- Familiarity with hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems to streamline guest interactions.
- Knowledge of hospitality best practices, including guest relations, phone etiquette, and front desk procedures.
- Experience with night audit processes and handling guest inquiries during late hours is preferred.
