We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Night Auditor and Weekend Maintenance Person to ensure the smooth operation of our hospitality facility during overnight hours and weekends. Responsibilities

• Oversee nightly front desk operations, including guest check-ins, check-outs, and account settlements with accuracy and professionalism
• Respond promptly to guest requests, inquiries, and concerns via phone, email, or in person, ensuring a positive experience
• Conduct nightly audits of hotel transactions, reconcile accounts, and prepare reports to ensure financial accuracy
• Maintain detailed records of daily activities, incidents, and guest interactions for reporting purposes
• Perform routine maintenance tasks during weekends such as inspecting plumbing, electrical systems, lighting fixtures, and general property upkeep
• Address maintenance issues promptly by coordinating with external vendors or handling minor repairs independently
• Ensure hotel common areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times

Skills

• Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations with a focus on front desk or guest services roles
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued
• Knowledge of night audit procedures and hotel management systems
• Excellent phone etiquette and proficiency with multi-line phone systems
• Ability to handle guest relations professionally while maintaining a friendly demeanor
• Basic maintenance skills including troubleshooting common issues related to plumbing, electrical systems, or appliances
• Ability to work independently during overnight shifts and weekends with minimal supervision
