Foreman - Pavement Marking

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise pavement marking projects from start to finish
• Ensure that all work is completed in accordance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Coordinate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment and satisfaction
• Schedule and delegate daily tasks to crew members effectively
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary to meet deadlines
• Train and mentor team members on best practices and safety protocols
• Maintain accurate records of project activities, materials, and equipment used
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as a foreman or in a similar supervisory role within the construction industry
• Comprehensive knowledge of pavement marking techniques and materials
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications
• Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and practices
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
• At least 3 or more years' experience as a field foreman
