Responsibilities- Lead and supervise pavement marking projects from start to finish.
- Ensure that all work is completed in accordance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment and satisfaction.
- Schedule and delegate daily tasks to crew members effectively.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary to meet deadlines.
- Train and mentor team members on best practices and safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of project activities, materials, and equipment used.
- Proven experience as a foreman or in a similar supervisory role within the construction industry.
- Comprehensive knowledge of pavement marking techniques and materials.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications.
- Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- At least 3 or more years' experience as a field foreman.
