4th grade Classroom Teacher

Troy School is seeking an innovative and energetic Elementary Classroom teacher to join our school. The ideal candidates will have knowledge and experience with effective curriculum practices in their content area and social-emotional learning. They must also be able to collaborate effectively with colleagues and families and provide a positive and respectful culture for students. This position is based within a Prek-Grade 8 community school whose mission is to provide a safe and positive learning environment where all students reach their highest potential. The school prioritizes building strong partnerships with the community, parents, teachers, and students to create responsible citizens of the future. Salary & Benefits: As per Teacher’s Negotiated Agreement. Salary range is between $49,970 and $89,460, depending on previous experience and education. Must have or be eligible for appropriate Vermont Agency of Education licensure.
