Supply Chain Manager

Position: Supply Chain ManagerEmployment Type: Direct HireLocation: Apex, NCSchedule: Monday - Friday - 8AM-5PMSalary: $85,000-$115,000PurposeLead and manage the Supply Chain and its team, covering logistics, warehousing, procurement, planning, vendor scheduling, customer service, and quality management.Ensure efficient operations, optimize processes, and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) across all functions.Organization and RoleThis role reports both to the Global Operations Team and the local Management Team.The job holder will maintain strong relationships with commercial teams, customers, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.Major ResponsibilitiesLead all Supply Chain functions and staff to achieve operational goals.Optimize resources and processes to meet KPIs and drive continuous improvement.Ensure Vendor Scheduling, Logistics, and Customer Service teams maintain accurate SAP master data to provide visibility to key stakeholders.Monitor stock levels, propose improvements, and ensure inventory aligns with targets.Evaluate and manage 3PL partners, adjusting strategies as needed for efficiency and performance.Proactively resolve quality issues arising from production or logistics processes.Serve as the escalation point for customer-related issues from sales, resolving them efficiently.Build and maintain meaningful customer relationships to foster trust and loyalty.People Management & LeadershipLead and develop employees through team-building, mentoring, and professional growth initiatives.Promote a positive workplace culture and instill a healthy sense of urgency.Maintain proactive and cooperative relationships with business teams to ensure high-quality communication and service levels.Job RequirementsProven leadership experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, and/or Customer Service.Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and Power BI.Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of identifying and resolving potential bottlenecks.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.SAP experience is strongly preferred.Education and ExperienceMinimum of 10 years of relevant management experience required.To be considered for this opportunity, please reach out to Trova Advisory Group by sending an email to msosnowska@gotrova.com with your resume, the position you are applying for, and a brief introduction.When contacting us, please ask for the hiring team to ensure your application is directed to the right person.
