Quality Control TechnicianLocation: Pleasant Prairie, WI 53158Shift: 6:00 PM–6:15 AM, 2-2-3 rotationTraining Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PMTransition to Night Shift: Approximately 3–4 monthsPay Rate: $19–$25/hour, based on experienceRole Requirements:3–4 years of quality experienceExperience with paint or chemicals is highly preferredStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to accurately enter sample information into SAPPPE required: steel-toe shoes; lab coat providedDuties: Perform routine quality tests on raw materials, in-process batches, and finished products.Conduct lab tests such as viscosity, color, density, and adhesion.Record results accurately in SAP and maintain organized documentation.Adjust or troubleshoot batches that fall out of specification.Collect samples from the production floor and provide timely feedback.Maintain and calibrate basic lab equipment.Follow safety protocols and proper chemical handling procedures.About Trova Advisory GroupTrova Advisory Group specializes in delivering a comprehensive array of staffing solutions tailored to meet the diverse needs of businesses across various sectors.
