Are you a highly organized professional passionate about keeping projects on track and fostering seamless communication across teams? We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our Project Management team in Franklin Park. In this critical role, you'll ensure smooth project execution by managing schedules, documentation, and stakeholder coordination—making a direct impact on the success of our projects and the satisfaction of our clients.

What You’ll Bring to the Table

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information to diverse audiences
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including MS Project, Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of change control and scope management principles
• Ability to read, write, and converse fluently in English to facilitate effective communication across teams and with clients
• Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills, with a commitment to integrity and quality work

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience in project management or coordination roles within related industries
• Familiarity with project scheduling and resource management software
• Previous exposure to root cause analysis activities and project documentation
• Additional language skills or certifications related to project management are a plus

Preferred Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
• Prior experience supporting project teams, preferably in a technical or engineering environment

• In-person attendance is essential to effectively coordinate meetings and collaborate with team members
• Must have a flexible approach to work and be able to adapt to changing project demands
• Commitment to maintaining organized project files and documentation
