Human Resources Generalist - Bilingual Spanish

Are you passionate about HR and fluent in Spanish? We’re seeking a dynamic Human Resources Generalist to play a vital role in fostering a positive workplace environment within a manufacturing setting. This 100% on-site opportunity offers a flexible start time between 7am-9am, a competitive salary range of $75K-$85K, and the chance to make a meaningful impact. What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- At least 3-5 years of HR experience, ideally in manufacturing
- Proficiency with ADP Payroll systems and benefits administration
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, time management, and personnel records
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with employee engagement initiatives
- Familiarity with Paylocity or similar benefits platforms
- Background in handling HR policies and compliance
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Hands-on experience in payroll processing and benefits management in a manufacturing environment
Other Requirements:
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
