Production Supervisor Shift - 1st (5:30AM - 2:30PM) Days - Monday through Friday (Saturdays are on a rotational basis as needed)Wage type - Hourly Rate - $30 - $33/hour Reports to - Production ManagerFirst Shift Production Supervisor for our Metals / Machining operations. In this role, you will be required to lead work teams in the safe and efficient manufacturing of quality products.This position serves as a focal point of all production operations within the company and requires coordination of work withother department supervisors, employees, engineering, and management to ensure timely delivery of quality parts.Duties & Responsibilities:Responsible for the completion of production orders by team members in assigned departmentsProvide assigned teams direction and support, and provide training in proper work methodsPromote a strong safety culture and lead team members in following all organization and department safetypolicies and proceduresAssign production tasks and solicit ideas from team members to improve processes, productivity, and timelinessCommunicate with team leads and manufacturing engineering on production orders and related issues.Troubleshoot basic manufacturing problems to determine problems with materials or equipmentKnowledge, Skills, Abilities:Associate or bachelor’s degree preferredPrevious CNC machining experience involving multi axis lathes and mills required3-5 years’ experience as a production supervisor in a CNC machine shop strongly preferredKnowledge of manufacturing standard practices for quality, efficiency, and safetyGood analytical, problem-solving, planning, and organizational skillsStrong computer skills and understanding and practical application of Microsoft Office and business software programs including ERP systemsAbout Trova Advisory GroupTrova Advisory Group specializes in delivering a comprehensive array of staffing solutions tailored to meet the diverse needs of businesses across various sectors.
