Position: Production Supervisor - 2nd ShiftHours: 230p to 1130pPay: $62,000 to $75,000 DOEBonus: Discretionary annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance. The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and directing production line personnel across multiple departments. This role ensures daily production goals are achieved while maintaining a safe work environment and consistent quality standards. Success in this position requires strong coordination with the Maintenance Department and effective collaboration with Shipping, Receiving, and Warehouse operations.Supervisory ResponsibilitiesTrain, coach, and manage production personnel, including setting performance expectations and conducting evaluations.Supervise production lines to ensure equipment operates efficiently and output meets established quality standards.Collaborate with department leaders to align production activities with overall operational objectives.Enforce compliance with health and safety regulations, promoting a culture of safety and minimizing workplace incidents.Administer employee discipline and termination processes in accordance with company policies and applicable labor laws.Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe following duties represent approximately 80% of the core responsibilities for this role.
