Location: Bedford Park, IL 60638
Schedule: 2nd Shift | Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
Pay Rate: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
Overtime: Available based on business needs
We are seeking dedicated and dependable Call Center Representatives to join our team and provide outstanding service to our customers. This role is on-site and offers potential overtime opportunities based on call volume and operational demand.
Responsibilities
Engage Customers
Schedule appointments and provide timely, accurate information about services.
Deliver Exceptional Service
Handle customer inquiries professionally, ensuring every customer feels valued and supported.
Maintain Standards
Manage high call volumes efficiently while maintaining top-quality service and accuracy.
Meet performance and quality expectations in a fast-paced call center environment.
Qualifications
Proven call center experience with a record of reliability and success
Demonstrated consistency and commitment in previous roles, showing dedication to team goals and customer satisfaction
Ability to multitask, think critically, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Typing proficiency of at least 30 WPM
Availability to work 2nd shift (2:30 PM – 11:00 PM) with potential overtime
Willingness to work weekends and holidays as required
Ability to provide three professional references prior to receiving an offer
