We are seeking a dynamic and results oriented Senior Financial Analyst, Procure-to-pay (P2P) to provide subject-matter-expertise in the areas of Vendor Master Data, Purchase Requisition/Order Administration, Vendor Services, Corporate Card programs, Escheatment, and related taxes, including 1099 reporting. Operating within the global Procure to Pay framework established by the Senior Manager – Global P2P (Global Process Owner), the Senior Financial Analyst – Procure to Pay position partners closely with outsourced service providers, internal business stakeholders, Procurement, IT, Tax, Treasury, and Accounting. The role is accountable for day-to-day stability, issue resolution, escalation management, and insight generation, while supporting system enhancements, UAT, and process improvements. As the SME, this role maintains deep knowledge of end-to-end business processes, internal controls, and supporting applications, and is relied upon to guide decisions, resolve complex issues, and enable scalable, compliant operations. Additional responsibilities include:
- Provide strong oversight and support the relationship with 3rd party provider for all areas of responsibility: Vendor Master Data (Finance), Procurement Administration, Helpdesk, Escheatment, and Corporate Card (P-Card and T&E programs) activities.
- Act as liaison and point of escalation between outsourced provider and Tropicana to actively respond to information requests and concerns presented, as well as ensure SLA and OLA’s compliance.
- Lead and support continuous improvement (CI) efforts across assigned P2P processes; identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, or automate; support operational stability and scalability.
- Evaluate and monitor internal and outsourced process controls to ensure SOX compliance. Administration of Oversight audit software; debit balance resolution and recovery efforts, root cause analysis, and corrective actions are performed to strengthen controls and prevent recurrence.
- Act as functional SME for P2P systems supporting assigned responsibilities; support business requirements definition, UAT, defect resolution, and post deployment stabilization; partner with IT on enhancements and issue resolution.
- Provide cross functional support for general P2P operational needs; contribute to documentation, training materials, and knowledge transfer as required.
- Prepare and deliver reporting and analysis to business stakeholders and leadership; provide insights into performance, trends, risks, and improvement opportunities to support informed decision making.
- Monitor internal controls across assigned process areas; identify control gaps, operational risks, and systemic issues; support remediation activities and audit readiness.
- Provide execution oversight for 1099 and 1042 reporting and escheatment activities; validate data accuracy, reconciliations, and outputs; coordinate with Tax and external providers to support timely and compliant filings.
- 4 years of progressive experience in Procure to Pay, Accounts Payable, Shared Services, or Finance Operations within a complex organization.
- Hands on experience supporting or overseeing outsourced / offshore service delivery models strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated expertise in P2P business processes including vendor master data, requisition to PO, corporate cards, T&E, payment related controls, and compliance activities.
- Strong working knowledge of SAP (S/4HANA preferred), Concur, and related P2P applications.
- Experience supporting system enhancements, UAT, and application stabilization.
- Solid understanding of SOX controls, audit requirements, and operational risk management.
- Exposure to statutory reporting (1099, 1042) and escheatment processes preferred.
- Concur and/or Oversight experience a plus
- Process Mapping and Visio experience preferred
- Copilot and ChatGPT experience preferred
- Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint – proficiency required.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to partner effectively across Procurement, Finance, Tax, IT, Procurement, and external providers.
- Ability to influence without direct authority and operate effectively in a matrixed environment.
- Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable managing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong commitment to controls discipline, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.

- Must be located in Chicago, IL surrounding area or willing to relocate for the duration of employment.
