About the Role
The Loan Originator Manager will be responsible for identifying and closing loan opportunities, managing client relationships, and increasing revenue through proactive sales efforts. This role requires expertise in loan products, business development, and consultative selling.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive loan origination and client acquisition.
- Build and maintain relationships with borrowers, referral partners, and industry professionals.
- Educate clients on loan options, ensuring a seamless loan process from inquiry to closing.
- Identify market trends, stay updated on lending regulations, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient loan origination and processing.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive prospecting and relationship management.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Leader: Lead a sales team focused on providing exceptional client service.
- Experience: Proven experience in loan sales, mortgage lending, or financial services.
- Sales-Driven: Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Understanding of loan origination, underwriting, and financial products.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying accountable.
- Experience using CRM tools and sales tracking software is a plus.
