Position Overview
As a Loan Origination Sales Specialist, you will convert warm leads into qualified applications, serve as the first point of contact for borrowers, and guide them through the pre-approval and origination process. You will be responsible for maintaining a healthy pipeline and ensuring timely submission of loan packages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound leads and inquiries via phone and email
- Pre-qualify borrowers by collecting and reviewing financial documents
- Guide borrowers through the application and approval process
- Clearly explain loan products, terms, and timelines
- Maintain a consistent pipeline and hit origination targets
- Coordinate with processing, underwriting, and closing teams
- Accurately input and track deal flow in HubSpot (CRM)
- Provide a high-touch customer experience from initial contact to funding
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in loan origination, mortgage sales, or lending operations
- Working knowledge of real estate investment finance
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Self-motivated and able to operate in a fully remote environment
- Previous experience in hard money, bridge lending, or mortgage is a major plus
