Salary Range: $94,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Annual Base Salary Commission

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for client interaction and consultation.
• Experience: Previous sales experience, particularly in the insurance sector, is advantageous.
• Customer Service: Strong dedication to providing outstanding customer experiences and building lasting client relationships.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in both remote and in-office settings, showing flexibility to shifting environments.
• Team Collaboration: Capable of working collaboratively with team members in a hybrid setting.
• Tech-Proficient: Proficient in using CRM systems and other modern sales tools to manage customer interactions efficiently.

• Client Management: Proactively review and adjust client policies to ensure they always have the right coverage. You'll also build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships to boost client satisfaction and retention.
• Business Development: Develop and implement effective strategies to promote our wide range of insurance products. Drive business growth by networking with community contacts, referral partners, and other key stakeholders.
