Salary Range: $76,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Requirements

Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is highly preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial insurance consulting or account management.

Licensing: Must hold an active Texas Property & Casualty License.

Communication: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to resolve issues.

Customer Service: A strong focus on delivering exceptional client service and building client relationships.

Attention to Detail: High attention to detail with strong organizational skills.

Knowledge: Familiarity with commercial insurance products, policies, and regulations.

Technology: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Adaptability: Flexible in adapting to changing business needs and accommodating client schedules.

Responsibilities

Client Consultation: Provide expert advice to commercial clients on various insurance solutions, ensuring their coverage needs are met.

Policy Management: Oversee and manage client insurance portfolios, ensuring all policies are up-to-date and accurately reflect business needs.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.

Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any client concerns or claims with professionalism and efficiency.

Documentation: Ensure all client interactions, policy changes, and meetings are accurately documented.

Industry Knowledge: Stay informed on the latest trends and changes in the commercial insurance industry to offer clients the most relevant advice.
