What You’ll Do
- Own the Process – Complete roof inspections, prepare estimates, educate homeowners on the contract process, and close deals with clarity and confidence
- Educate & Advise – Help homeowners understand their options and guide them through a stress-free experience
- Deliver a High-End Experience – Represent Trophy with professionalism, integrity, and top-tier service
- Stay Organized – Keep accurate records and follow up consistently with leads and customers
- Be the Face of Trophy Exteriors – In person, online, and within your community
- Lead - Support and train your team, build confidence, and guide them to success!
What We’re Looking For
- Sales experience
- Roofing and HVAC experience preferred
- Leadership & management experience
- In-home closing experience is a major plus
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Self-motivated and coachable
- Competitive mindset
