What You’ll Do
- Generate leads
- Meet homeowners and generate inspections
- Develop and train our extensive roof inspection process
- Lead by demonstrating strong communication and proven performance
What We’re Looking For
- Sales experience
- Roofing experience
- Insurance experience
- Leadership experience
- In-home closing experience is a major plus
- Strong communication skills
- Self-motivated and coachable

Compensation
- $4,000 Sign-On Bonus*
- Uncapped commissions
- Full-time opportunity
- First-year reps proven on track earn $100,000 - $150,000K
- Top performers earn $250,000-$500,000 annually
