What You’ll Do
- Speak directly with homeowners in-person at their homes
- Schedule basic roofing inspection appointments
- Perform basic ground-level visual inspections
- Determine whether a project requires repair, maintenance, restoration, or replacement
- Prepare detailed and accurate roofing estimates based on the available inspection information
- Communicate estimate details and project recommendations with interna production and operations teams
- Manage multiple estimates while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of accuracy

As a Roofing Appointment Setter, you will be immediately showing homeowners concerns about their roofs. Educating homeowners on their roof's health. This will be fostering the beginning of their pipeline. We generate leads by meeting homeowners and meeting them where they are located. If you’re confident talking to people, like being active, and want a real path forward beyond traditional retail, warehouse, hotel, or customer service jobs, and want to transition to a higher career path this is the role for you! Our highest earners have been consistently on track for earnings between $100k - $200k .
Schedule
- On-site role
- Monday–Friday - Alternating Saturdays
- Availability between 10am–7:30 pm (CST)
- No overnight travel - No solo travel
- Work outdoors and stay active
Requirements
- Comfortable talking to clients face-to-face
- Comfortable speaking with longterm homeowners in person
- A positive attitude
- A strong desire to succeed
- Professionalism
- Great communications skills
- High school diploma or GED
- A valid drivers license and reliable transportation to get to and from the office
- Ability to work 40 hrs between 10am - 7pm (CST) , Mon - Fri - Alternating Saturday
