We are seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources (HR) Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our HR department. This role is responsible for maintaining employee records, coordinating onboarding and compliance activities, assisting with recruiting, responding to employee inquiries, and providing administrative support to ensure efficient HR operations.

Requirements
- 2 years of administrative support experience, preferably in Human Resources.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
- Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to sit for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 20 lbs.
