We will beat any compensation plan from any other roofer across the front range. Please provide proof of your current compensation plan....

Job Type: 1099 / Full Time
Compensation: 55/45/12 profit split on all projects sold, plus incentives. 55% of profit split goes to the project manager. 12% goes to the company to operate the business.
Start Date: Immediately

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generate conversations with homeowners in targeted neighborhoods
- Identify signs of storm damage or age - related roof damaged
- Coordinate and attend inspections with experienced team members
- Help homeowners understand timelines and insurance procedures
- Participate in weekly performance and skill development sessions
This job is not easy but it is very very simple and your confidence and income grow each appointment!

QUALIFICATIONS
