Excel Roofing is hiring a Project Manager for our Colorado Springs market.

This is a strong opportunity for someone who wants a long-term career in roofing sales and project management. You will be trained to generate business, inspect roofs, guide homeowners through the restoration process, and manage projects from start to finish.
What you’ll do:
- Generate leads through door-to-door outreach, B2B relationships, referrals, networking, and storm response
- Perform roof inspections and assess homeowner needs
- Present solutions, explain the process, and close contracts
- Manage projects from inspection through production and completion
- Communicate with homeowners, crews, suppliers, and adjusters
- Document notes, photos, and job activity in JobNimbus, CompanyCam, and SumoQuote
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell gutters, siding, windows, and other exterior services
Training and growth:
- Structured onboarding using Excel Roofing’s PM Handbook
- Hands-on training in roofing systems, insurance basics, inspections, safety, and sales presentation skills
- Ride-alongs and field support during ramp-up
- Training pay during onboarding
- Transition into 40% commission within 90 days
Compensation and benefits:
- W-2 employment
- Training pay plus uncapped commission
- Typical first-year earnings of $65,000 , with higher upside in stronger storm seasons
- Company-provided leads during storm season and after 90 days

What we’re looking for:
- Experience in face-to-face sales, D2D, home services, B2B, or other customer-facing roles
- Strong communication and people skills
- Coachable, motivated, and self-driven
- Comfortable working outdoors and in a field-based role
- Ability to climb ladders and walk steep-slope roofs
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Authorization to work in the U.S.

Field-based throughout the Colorado Springs area and surrounding front range communities.
