Project Manager/Repair Technician RIZE Roofing – Colorado Springs, CO
RIZE Roofing is growing, and we’re looking for a skilled Project Manager/Repair Technician with handyman experience to join our team. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in quality workmanship, and is comfortable working both on roofs and inside customers’ homes.
Responsibilities:
- Perform residential and commercial roof repairs
- Diagnose and repair storm damage, leaks, and other roofing issues
- Replace windows, siding, gutters, and other exterior building components as needed
- Complete general handyman tasks and minor construction repairs
- Safely climb and work on roofs of varying heights and pitches
- Work with our sales team and production team to make sure jobs are being completed
- Meet with our roofing crews
- Document work performed using our CRM system
- Take photos, upload reports, and communicate job progress through company software
- Maintain a professional appearance and provide excellent customer service
- Fly drone after job is complete for completion photos and to use on social media
Qualifications:
- Previous roofing repair, construction, or handyman experience required
- Experience replacing windows is preferred
- Comfortable working at heights and climbing ladders
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Basic computer and smartphone proficiency
- Ability to learn and use CRM software for job documentation
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Takes initiative to identify problems and recommend solutions
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Reliable, dependable, and accountable for completing work on schedule
- Bilingual preferred
