- Supervise the IT Department and coordinate all initiatives and operations.
- Present required IT projects and progress reports to management.
- Prepare the facility for the implementation of automation initiatives.
- Monitor company compliance and manage all security certificates.
- Maintain and administer computer networks, hardware, system software, and configurations.
- Perform critical data backups and lead disaster recovery operations.
- Operate master consoles to monitor system performance and coordinate network access.
- Manage the company phone system and ensure network connectivity for all workstations.
- Respond to support requests via email, phone, or in person with a helpful attitude.
