Your Role & Responsibilities

• Define and oversee the roadmap and workstreams (Azure, M365, Entra ID)
• Lead complex IT programs across teams, vendors, and stakeholders
• Develop and manage program plans, budgets, risk logs, and reporting
• Implement governance frameworks to ensure quality, scope control, and KPI delivery
• Mentor cross-functional teams to foster growth and high performance
• Ensure organizational change and business readiness for smooth adoption
• Champion continuous improvement across delivery and operations
  
  

Skills & Experience You Should Possess

• 10 years of Program Management experience in IT, with enterprise-scale programs
• Deep understanding of the Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF)
• Proven success delivering programs on time, within scope, and budget
• Strong stakeholder, vendor, and partner management skills
• Familiarity with traditional and SAFe delivery frameworks
• Experience with commercial software package solutions and minimal customizations
  
  

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience with MS products such as Azure Cloud, Microsoft 365 or Power Platform
• Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, SAFe, Agile
• Background in regulated industries (finance, healthcare, food & beverage, manufacturing)
  
  

Education & Certifications You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience
• Microsoft Certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect or Azure DevOps Engineer

• Competitive Compensation – You choose the model that works best for you, both with company-sponsored benefits! $150,000–$170,000 annually or $87–$97 per hour, depending on your skills, experience, and location. Final compensation is determined based on skill alignment, years of experience, and fair, market-based rates by geography.
