- Provides end‑to‑end ownership of large, complex programs, ensuring alignment with scope, financial objectives, operational requirements, and strategic business outcomes
- Leads cross‑functional program governance, cadence, and decision‑making with partners across Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, Manufacturing, and Corporate Functions
- Coordinates and influences key stakeholders to ensure alignment, issue resolution, prioritization, and disciplined execution across all phases of the program
- Serves as the senior operational point of accountability for program performance, including scope, schedule, cost, risk, and quality
- Provides functional leadership, coaching, and mentorship to program management talent
- Supports onboarding, succession planning, and capability development
- Establishes, maintains, and continuously improves program management standards, execution frameworks, and best practices
- Drives proactive identification and mitigation of risks across schedule, cost, commercial considerations, technical issues, and resource constraints
- Ensures strong financial discipline through margin management, cost controls, change management, and partnership with Finance and other corporate functions
- Leads or supports enterprise‑level process improvements, governance enhancements, and operating model advancements related to program delivery
- Takes on additional strategic initiatives, transformation efforts, or enterprise programs as assigned, contributing to broader organizational priorities and long‑term capability building
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field — or equivalent relevant experience
- 10 years progressive experience in Operations, Program/Project Management, Strategy, or related disciplines within a complex, cross‑functional environment
- Demonstrated success leading large‑scale, enterprise‑level initiatives, strategic programs, or cross‑functional transformation projects
- Experience driving execution across matrixed teams and influencing stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization
- Strong ability to lead through influence, drive alignment across cross‑functional partners, and guide teams without formal reporting authority
- Expertise in program and project management methodologies, operational planning, and structured change management.
- Advanced capability to navigate shifting priorities, manage complex timelines, and operate effectively within fast‑paced, dynamic environments
- Highly effective verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present complex topics to senior and executive leadership
- Demonstrated proficiency in structured problem‑solving, process improvement, and data‑driven decision‑making.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with program management or enterprise planning tools
- Master’s degree in Business or related field
- PMP or PgMP certification
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
