Financial Analyst

Our client in Howard County is seeking a Financial Analyst to join their team.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and coordinate operating budgets, summarize budget inputs, and review
  • Monitor risks
  • Present reviews
  • Quarterly forecasting and reporting
  • Financial modeling

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field required
  • 2 years of financial analyst experience required (real estate industry preferred)
  • Advanced Excel required
  • Strong background in forecasting, budgeting, and modeling

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
