Our client in Howard County is seeking a Financial Analyst to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and coordinate operating budgets, summarize budget inputs, and review
- Monitor risks
- Present reviews
- Quarterly forecasting and reporting
- Financial modeling
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field required
- 2 years of financial analyst experience required (real estate industry preferred)
- Advanced Excel required
- Strong background in forecasting, budgeting, and modeling
