Location: Remote, *with preference for candidates in Eastern (USA) time zone*Compensation: $60,000-$75,000 annual salary.Classification: Full-time, exempt, salaried.JOB SUMMARY & SCOPE:Responsible for supporting the financial planning and analysis team activities to include financial reporting and analysis, budgeting, forecasting and sales commission activities.TOP KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:Demonstrates effective communication and problem-solving skills.Utilizes accounting system, spreadsheet, and data reporting and analysis software.Prepare monthly commission calculations utilizing applicable software under guidance of Senior Financial Analyst.Perform various financial analyses and reconciliations.Assist with the month-end closing process, conducting research and analysis.Prepare and review monthly financial reporting package for various stakeholders to include profit and loss statement, balance sheet and statement of cash flow.Perform other duties as assigned.EDUCATION EXPERIENCE KEY TRAITS:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and one (1) or more years’ experience in related business area required.Proficient using Excel, Power BI and Hyperion tools.NetSuite software knowledge preferred.ABILITY TO: Meet deadlines and prioritize tasks; work efficiently with minimal supervision; detailed oriented.TYPICAL PERFORMANCE TARGETS:SERVICE DELIVERY: Sustained, measured excellence in project & process delivery.COST TO SERVE: Sustained, measured excellence in delivery efficiency with expected continuous improvement.INNOVATION: Step changed delivery in safety, quality, and/or costLANGUAGE SKILLS:Primary language used in daily operations is English.
