SVP of People & Operations Strategy - on-site role in Memphis, TN
Role Summary
Seeking an executive business leader to help design and build the next generation of the organization.
This is not a traditional Human Resources leadership position. While the role requires deep expertise in talent, leadership, and organizational strategy, its primary purpose is to improve business performance through organizational effectiveness.
The successful candidate will serve as a strategic operating partner to the CEO, CFO, and executive
leadership team, helping ensure the company is organized, staffed, and led in a manner that maximizes productivity, scalability, accountability, and long-term growth.
The ideal candidate thinks like a business executive first and an HR executive second, is someone who naturally views organizational structure, leadership capability, labor productivity, and talent strategy through the lens of operational performance and financial results. This role will enhance the existing strengths of the HR organization by adding organizational effectiveness, operational strategy, workforce optimization, and enterprise transformation that becomes increasingly important as the company continues to grow and scale.

- Partnered closely with Operations to improve productivity, performance, and business execution.
- Led organizational redesign initiatives (evaluating reporting structures, leadership models, spans of control, organizational layers, resource allocation).
- Firsthand experience improving labor productivity, management effectiveness, organizational accountability, and business performance.
- Integrated acquisitions and led enterprise-wide organizational change initiatives.
- Built leadership systems, succession planning processes, and organizational capabilities that strengthened long-term business performance.
- Operated in highly analytical environments.
