The Operation
- 100,000 sq. ft. warehouse plus off-site storage
- ~50 employees
- 90% pick and pack, 10% light production
- Seasonal volume, peak June through December
- Non-union facility
- Lead daily warehouse operations, receiving through shipping
- Manage and develop full-time and temp associates
- Own safety, organization, and OSHA compliance
- Drive inventory accuracy and on-time shipping
- Partner with operations and customer service
- Improve workflows and support WMS enhancements
- Build a positive, accountable warehouse culture
- 3 years of warehouse or distribution leadership
- Strong pick-and-pack experience
- Hands-on, people-first leadership style
- Experience with inventory systems or WMS
- Safety-focused and process-driven
- Lean or Six Sigma experience
- Forklift certification
- WMS implementation exposure
- PE-backed company with momentum
