The Marketing Intern will work closely with the Marketing team to bring our brand to life—helping with campaigns, content creation, market research, and social media initiatives. This role will get the opportunity to work on projects related to employee relations, boosting engagement, and supporting internal and external marketing efforts for the organization as well.

About The Position...
The Marketing Intern will work closely with the Marketing team to bring our brand to life—helping with campaigns, content creation, market research, and social media initiatives. This role will get the opportunity to work on projects related to employee relations, boosting engagement, and supporting internal and external marketing efforts for the organization as well.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.
- Support the creation and editing of digital and print marketing materials including, but not limited to social media posts, email newsletters, brochures, and flyers.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, audience preferences, and competitor activity.
- Responsible for implementing and operating the Matterport camera to capture 3D tours for various projects.
- Help manage and monitor the company’s social media accounts to increase engagement and brand awareness.
- Track and report on marketing campaign performance using analytics tools.
- Assist with photography, videography, and content creation, including editing, for events and marketing materials.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing marketing projects and initiatives.
- Assist in creating content, implementing digital newsletters, and sending out text communications.
- Assist with the company’s Intranet and website updates as needed.
- Assist with Google Advertisement creation and reporting as needed.
- Assist Human Resources with related tasks, including but not limited to promoting employee events, recognition programs, and internal communication efforts that strengthen company culture and engagement.
- Participate in projects for new and upcoming properties, including the setup and management of social media accounts.
What we are looking for from you...
- Must have a valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance
- Must live local and commutable driving distance to the Harrisburg area
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Digital Marketing is preferred - degrees in Advertising & Marketing Communications, Marketing Management, or related field are welcome
- Must have completed at least 2 years of college coursework
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs such as, but no limited to: Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and/or WordPress
- Experience using Constant Contact or other marketing communication platforms is highly preferred
- Creative thinker with the ability to general new ideas and approaches
- Acts as a team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to professionally collaborate with others via email or in person
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining flexibility to quickly pivot to new projects and priorities as business needs evolve
