What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Maintenance Technician position at Triple Crown Corporation Inc?
About the position...
The Lead Maintenance Technician is responsible for the overall residential maintenance of the Brooks Edge property located in Camp Hill.
- Perform light electrical repairs, plumbing work, drywall repairs and light carpentry work.
- Replace broken glass, tile, carpet, screens, fixtures, appliances.
- Painting on interior and exterior.
- Maintain and coordinate proper pool maintenance as needed.
- Completion of property work orders.
- Schedule contractors when necessary, and manage job to completion.
- Responsible for stock control and utilization of maintenance materials.
- Responsible for preparing apartments prior to resident occupancy.
What we are looking for from you...
- Minimum of 4 years Commercial/Residential maintenance experience required.
- Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Must possess all tools needed to perform service duties.
- Must have valid driver’s license, automobile insurance, and reliable transportation.
