We are seeking an experienced Embedded Software / Firmware Validation Engineer to develop, execute, and debug C/C bare-metal, firmware, and software tests targeting ARM CPUs and DSPs. This role spans both pre-silicon (virtual platforms, emulation, FPGA) and post-silicon (bring-up boards and non-form-factor systems) environments, supporting validation of complex SoC and subsystem designs. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience across software, firmware, and hardware bring-up, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end system validation.

• Develop, compile, run, and debug C/C bare-metal, firmware, and software tests/applications targeting ARM CPUs and DSPs
• Execute pre-silicon validation using virtual platforms, emulation, and FPGA-based systems
• Perform post-silicon bring-up and validation on prototype boards and non-form-factor systems
• Perform unit testing and end-to-end testing of software and hardware features
• Run tests for performance and power characterization in pre- and post-silicon environments
• Interpret hardware register specifications and memory maps to develop and debug firmware
• Create and maintain automation scripts and regression environments
• Collaborate closely with System Validation, Software, Firmware, and Hardware teams to execute pre- and post-silicon test plans
