Job Description
Triosim Corporation applies polymers, metals, and ceramics to metal surfaces using thermal spray, conventional liquid, and powder paint equipment. These coatings can be cured in high-temperature ovens. Triosim serves the food, automotive, paper, disposables, and packaging industries. Key Responsibilities

- Apply coatings per manufacturer and customer instructions.
- Meet job production schedules.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures.
- Maintain all work centers in a clean, organized, and safe manner.
- Create and implement scheduled maintenance, training, and performance reviews.
- Ensure Triosim operates in accordance with OSHA-approved best practices.
- Use conventional and HVLP spray guns to apply wet polymer coatings (such as auto paint and primer) to metal surfaces.
- Use powder spray guns to apply powder coatings to metal surfaces.
- Operate twin wire arc, plasma, and flame guns per manufacturer recommendations. Experience and Qualifications
- Possesses a background in welding, auto painting and finishing.
- Demonstrated initiative in maintaining an organized work environment, manages time and tasks well, and completes work efficiently and with great attention to detail.
- Experience in thermal spraying, preferred.
- Able to read and follow manufacturer's instructions, SOP's for material application, spray gun usage, media blast equipment, and oven programming.
- Must be able to physically wear a respirator when required.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds, stand 80-90% of shift in a non-climate-controlled environment. Triosim Corporation is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
